Skybrooke K-8 proudly earned an A school grade from the Florida Department of Education in our very first year! Our 2025–2026 results reflect a commitment to high expectations, quality instruction, and student achievement.

Our students aren't just achieving—they're growing! In 2025–2026, 86% of eligible students demonstrated mathematics learning gains, reflecting our focus on continuous academic growth.

Every Bobcat deserves the opportunity to succeed! In mathematics, 79% of eligible students in the lowest-performing 25% demonstrated learning gains, highlighting our commitment to supporting students at every level.

89% of our fourth-grade students scored at or above grade level on the Spring 2026 FAST Mathematics assessment!

80% of our third-grade students scored at or above grade level on the Spring 2026 FAST ELA Reading assessment!

All 16 first-time Algebra 1 End-of-Course assessment participants earned passing scores during the Spring 2026 administration!

Academic success is about growth, not just proficiency. During the 2025–2026 school year, 74% of eligible students demonstrated ELA learning gains, including 72% of students in the lowest-performing 25%. Our teachers work to provide meaningful instruction that challenges every learner while offering support where needed.

Through FAST progress monitoring, curriculum-based assessments, and ongoing classroom instruction, our teachers regularly evaluate student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs. Gifted inclusion services and accelerated learning opportunities provide additional ways for students to challenge themselves and grow.

Who says learning has to happen in an ordinary classroom? From fifth-grade volcano eruptions and bakery transformations to engaging themed activities across our campus, Skybrooke teachers bring learning to life through creative, immersive experiences!

From aerospace test flights to engineering challenges and science investigations, our Bobcats put their knowledge into action! Hands-on experiences encourage students to think critically, solve problems, collaborate, and discover new interests.

Literacy comes alive at Skybrooke! Our students celebrate reading and writing through activities like Wild About Writing, Poetry Café, Sunshine State Young Readers Award challenges, book clubs, and creative classroom experiences that make learning memorable.

The sky is NOT the limit at Skybrooke! Our Aerospace Engineering pathway introduces students to aviation, space exploration, engineering design, and innovative technology. Through hands-on projects and real-world challenges, students develop creativity, critical-thinking skills, and an understanding of exciting STEM careers.

Future healthcare professionals get their start at Skybrooke! Our Medical Skills pathway introduces students to medical terminology, first aid, safety, athletic injury evaluation, and healthcare concepts through engaging, career-focused instruction and hands-on activities.

At Skybrooke, gifted learners are challenged to reach new heights! Our gifted inclusion model provides enriched instruction within classrooms of gifted and high-achieving students. Gifted-endorsed teachers support individualized educational goals through differentiated instruction, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and accelerated learning opportunities.

Every Bobcat deserves an environment where they can thrive! Our Sensory Behavior Communication (SBC) program provides specialized instruction and individualized support for eligible students with sensory, behavioral, and communication needs. Through structured learning environments and targeted educational strategies, we focus on helping students develop academic, communication, and independence skills.

At Skybrooke, we're committed to challenging students at every level! Through accelerated mathematics and science opportunities, enriched instruction, and advanced coursework, students can explore challenging concepts, strengthen critical-thinking skills, and prepare for future academic success.

There's something for every Bobcat! Students can explore their interests, develop leadership skills, and build friendships through opportunities including National Elementary Honor Society (NEHS), National Junior Honor Society (NJHS), Yearbook, Safety Patrol, Girls on the Run, Skybound Dance Club, Odyssey of the Mind, and other student organizations.

Game on, Bobcats! Skybrooke offers a full traditional middle school athletics program, including football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, cheerleading, and track and field. Our younger Bobcats can also participate in select elementary sports opportunities, including after-school soccer sponsored by AmazingAthletes. Athletics provide opportunities to develop teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and school pride!

The learning and fun don't have to stop when the school day ends! Skybrooke offers the year-round (summer included) PLACE program, providing supervised before- and after-school care. Students have opportunities to participate in games, recreational activities, arts and crafts, homework time, and enrichment experiences while building friendships in a welcoming environment.

At Skybrooke, everyone belongs! Our six-house POUNCE system promotes Perseverance, Optimism, Unity, Nobility, Confidence, and Efficiency. Through House Sorting, pep rallies, celebrations, and student recognition, Bobcats build friendships, school spirit, and a strong sense of community.
