Parent Involvement

There are many ways to get involved at Skybrooke K-8! Click on any of the options below to learn more about each opportunity.

All Pro Dad is a Family First program that gives dads, grandads, and other important father figures a chance to spend meaningful time with their children at school. At Skybrooke K-8, All Pro Dad events include bonding activities, light breakfast, and positive conversations that help strengthen family connections. These monthly gatherings are a fun and welcoming way for families to start the day together while building memories that support our students both at home and at school. Families can check the school website or public school calendar for upcoming All Pro Dad dates.

Skybrooke K-8’s Parent Teacher Organization is a great way for families to support our Bobcats and stay connected to the school community. The PTO helps support school goals through family events, student activities, fundraisers, teacher appreciation, and other opportunities that make Skybrooke a special place for students and staff. Families can be as involved as they would like, whether that means attending meetings, volunteering at events, helping with fundraisers, or simply joining to show support. It is never too late to get involved with the Skybrooke K-8 PTO!

The School Advisory Council, also known as SAC, is an important connection between Skybrooke K-8, our families, and the community. SAC works with school leadership to identify student needs, review school goals, and provide input on plans that support student success. Members may include parents, staff, business partners, and community members who serve as a voice for the school community. Families are encouraged to attend SAC meetings, share ideas, and be part of the ongoing work to help Skybrooke continue to grow.

Skybrooke K-8 welcomes and values our volunteers! Volunteers help support our students, staff, classrooms, school events, field trips, and other campus activities. To volunteer on campus or attend field trips, adults must complete the Pasco County Schools volunteer application and be approved before serving. Families are encouraged to complete the application at the beginning of each school year so they are ready for volunteer opportunities as they become available. Approved volunteers may also be required to review Skybrooke’s volunteer orientation before working on campus.
